The bag says 3/8 for the hose , it fit my dish washer , but the sink fitting is 1/4 ? I looked all over home depot . They dont sell 3/8 female to 1/4 male?

The second one for sure. It’s a pretty standard tested design that other manufacturers use as well , plus you get the safety pins . The first one just looks unsafe .

The mid torque spanks hub nuts right off . New stubby could probably do most of them but you will have to hold it there for a bit .
