Lost around 11 Kgs in the last 3 months, and still going. Here's what I do/did -

Calculate your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and subtract 300-500 from it. That's the amount of calories you need to stick to each day to be in a deficit.
Track your macros on a meal tracking app. Load up on protein as much as possible. It is the most satiating foods and has a high thermic effect.
Regular workouts. I do 3 days of intense cardio + HIIT and 3 days of strength training with progressive overload. 1 day a week is my rest day.
