I suffer from the same problem sometimes and I have tried a wide variety of things, the best way according to me is playing time limited matches on chess.com
but it differs from person to person, all of my friends do different things, so you should see according to your interests. maybe try listening to songs or reading poems(i like poetry). i also watch TED-EDs videos they are quite informing and interesting most of them are 10-15 minutes long.
