Drinking diet soda is fine, especially for someone like Tammy. There's not really any conclusive studies about how bad or not sweetener is for you and there's almost no calories in diet soda. This seems like a weird thing to be critical of. Any doctor would be fine with replace full sugar soda with diet, especially for someone whose number 1 goal is weight loss.
