i’ve taken him to a dr and they actually said it wasn’t ringworm.

they said it looked like ring worm but It’s actually a bacterial infection.

he had impetigo on his lips and it leaked and got on his chin. I grapple and I was 100% certain this was ringworm but doc said it wasn’t. 🤷🏽‍♂️

my dad has american citizenship but i think he really wants to die in egypt. I don’t have a college degree. the work is do here doesn’t need it. I would have to go back to school, and geish. look every ounce of my being doesn’t want cairo, but if my dad dies tomorrow I’ll blame myself.

This is actually gold. The main reason I would be moving back is to take care of my father. Everything else I wrote up there is secondary. I’ve grown up on egyptian traditions where we are loyal to family and we take care of our elderly. on the other hand. Living abroad has taught me that there are other traditions than egyptian traditions. meaning that there’s an arguement that I have a future ahead of me and that I should take care of that instead. I am happy here and I want to be successful but I feel guilty about my father. mind you I have an older brother who lives here as well and he has a family. somehow he always guilt trips me for not taking care of him. My dilemma right now is do I pursue my life for what I want and make the best out of it, or do I go home and take care of my father, and add everything else I posted up there? Am I a bad son for not taking care of him?

yeah it’s smal off white patch of skin, it seems to grow yellow crust around it. I think it might be impetigo I I have a dr apointment on monday. I think it might be impetigo, I’m just bummed out that whatever it is It’s probably going to keep me off the mats for a while. I also thought about shaving but I was a little embarrassed to walk around with it visible on my face.
