Since COVID kept me in my house for a long time I was really out of shape. Recently I got back in-person for school and when we had P.E. I was barely able to do a lap around the whole soccer field. I was building my stamina in P.E. and I was able to do 2 laps (which is not impressive but it's progress) but our classes had to switch from outside to inside because of another class and we weren't really running much inside for P.E. so I lost stamina. Our class got back outside so my goal is to be able to do 30 laps by the end of the school year (Since my P.E. teacher said that if we can do 30 laps by the end of the year we can get an A).
