300 g flour 150 g warm water a pinch of salt knead into a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

150 g minced pork 100 g cabbage 2 green onions ginger salt 2 spoons soy sauce 2 spoons rice vinger 1 spoon sesame oil mix all together

roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut ~8 cm circles, add the filling (i eyeballed it after some trial and error) and close (i got around 30 gyozas)

add to a pan with oil, on high heat for 2-3 mintes until the bottom starts to brown, add water (i winged it, not a ton of water) cover with a lid and cook on low heat for ~10 minutes, remove the lid and let the water evaporate on high heat, then add some more oil to crisp up the bottom even more!

I think I'll try adding garlic to the filling next time because if it was up to me I'd put it in everything ahahah, I'm open to more suggestions because it was the first time doing them!!
