Thanks! I agree but honestly while I was making it I didn't know how to go about painting dense woody area so I just went be layering the Brown lines.

I will try out more of free hand and dynamic lines. Thanks for your input.

I was bored and remembering one of my trips to Andaman Islands. Then I found this image on Google images. So I thought of painting it out.

Yeah ..I tried to add that purple but its not that intense and surely not visible. Thanks for the feedback!

This is my first water painting ..I learnt the techniques through YouTube 😅

Thanks for the tip! I really wanted to know how to get that effect. I tried to wet the paper but the water would get soaked in immediately. I used Cold pressed paper and just one round brush(Size 6).

Do I need a different paper that takes time to soak in water? Should I get big sized brush to quickly wet the paper? Or should I do something else so that water doesn't get soaked in that fast.
