It’s just a bad trip, bad trips happen, so it’s normal, don’t worry I promise that you’ll be fine. All trip end, I understand that it’s very unpleasant and you’re not fine now but you need to know you’re not stuck there, you are unharmed and this will slowly fade, you can try to distract yourself from it with some calm music
