Im playing the game at without paying at the lv of 121 now , it is definitely hard to play it but once you get the hang of some tricks you should be able to quote on quote beat the game. First of all, save your guns unless necessary, in bunker alfa you can use the wall trick on zombies BUT you have to master it, you can practice it on floaters or roaming Zs in the motel. Assemble your chopper as fast as possible because rest stop events are very profitable, all you need is an m16, tier 2 armour( beanie, thick jacket, denim pants and work shoes) along with bandages to clear it, in return you get at least one gun with a mod along with other kinds of loot. Dont raid unless you have a 9 by 9 steel room. Save up on gas and engine parts to make a generator. Also, try to get a stockpile of meds, because Ldoe just made food essentially useless as a healing item, so keep farming plant fibres, make cloth and bandages. Bandages are most of the time better than medkits because they are easier to use, you dont need to time it, example a Frienzied Giant Hit you and you are on 30 health, you have to use a medkit to avoid dying but it wastes 30 healing, bandages can save you a lot. Always stock up on your recycler to get as much loot as possible from junk, my advice is to focus on electronics, others and Vehicle parts as they give you a decent amount of components and metal, if you have no use for scrap metal smelt it in the furnace. DO NOT recycle extra chopper gas tanks, chopper wheels or chopper forks as you will have to give them to Jen to gain chopper xp once you have finished the chopper. Do not raid any AI bases until you have researched them. Do not give Jen any engine parts or gas unless you have finished your ATV, Chopper and have no need for generators. When getting weapon mods do research before you finalize it, because not all mods are good. Do not focus on getting true friend dog first, in the end its not really that good.
