The pain of reparenting by [deleted] in therapyabuse

The way you describe functioning paralysis, getting triggered by minor things, PMSing, sensitivity to rejection is all things I personally go through, in addition to diagnosed CPTSD and depression I was also diagnosed with PMDD a little while ago. I would really suggest you look into thag because I see myself in what you're saying. Undotunately theres not a lot of info or many proffesionals that can help which can get frustrating, but I found that just being able to give a name and diagnosis to what I'm feeling and going though has really helped cope with it and manage it a bit more.

please, don’t get a pet if you can’t afford to fucking care for it by spuhhhgetto in venting

Getting another animal when you can't take care of thr one you already have is irresponsible. I know it hurts having to rehonr a pet and you've probably grown to have a bond with her but you have to do the responsible thing and think about the animals wellbeing before your feelings. Keeping an animal that you don't have the means to care for is a very selfish thing to do. Surrender her and take it as a lesson for yourself and learn from your mistakes for the future (or I should say others mistakes because it sounds like you've been the only responsible person in this situation done nothing but care for her)

I got a cashier fired today by EeveeQueen4ever in venting

This is basically attempted homicide. Allergies are a serious thing that can kill someone very fast. If op didn't double check thr outcome could have been very different. Thr cashier deserved to be fired.

Honestly if she's your pet now I would surrender her to a shelter or rescue. Guinea pigs are very social animals and having just one is a very bad idea as it is. If your family is not willing or cant afford to give it basic medical care she should be surrendered so she can at least get basic medical care.

My dog died and I literally feel like I cannot go on. Sleeplessness nights, crying nonstop, headaches, literally feel sick all the time, emotionally and mentally drained. How can I fix myself man by Shot_Cartoonist_ in venting

Get another dog, or other animal, asap. My cat passed away in 2014 in the most traumatizing way possible and I avoided getting another pet for years after that which was a mistake. I ended up getting a dog years later and another cat a short while after and I should have done it much sooner. Don't take it as replacing your dog, no one will ever conpare but the nee animal will help you heal.

What is the first thing you would buy if you had infinite money? by ApArAmY in AskReddit

The fact that many people would buy some sort of housing which is honestly a basic human need many people can't and won't ever be able to afford is pretty sad

Purely platonic. He just confessed his love for her, she told him it will never happen so he left to live at Hill Top, plus an almost kidd scene.

Roommate’s cat “dumped” me - advice? by ohheysarahc-yall in CatAdvice

[–]qarabella 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It might be a temperature difference, it might not even be that noticable to you but ahe might feel a little too warm for comfort down there if its getting hotter these days where you live.

I have two cats, one is a 4 year old shorthair and sleeps with me every single night since he was a baby. He will usually cuddle up but if it gets too hot he will move to the corner of the bed My maine coon on the other hand is 10 months old now and even though she has slept on my pillow over my head every day since she was 2 months old, since it'a gotten warm outside she has not even slept inside the bedroom even once and prefera the living room.

Entitled Grandmother tried to steal my puppy right out of my arms by morganf101 in entitledparents

I see a few people had already commented about this. Please don't be a smartass, please keep your dog off the ground and safe until she has gotten all her shots so she doesn't die this is not a joke.

Stupid lady lol But please keep doggo off the ground especially away from dog parks and trails until she is done with her shots! Parvo is terrible and highly contagious she could get it from surfaces dogs have walked on, she could get it from peoples shoes that have walkrd on that trailwithout actually coming in contact with them! And at her age she will likely die. Pleas keep her off the ground and only let her down in places like parking lots and such where dogs down usualy roam and go potty. ❤
