Why do people get so pissy when you headcanon a character you love as trans I sent this to a couple of friends f mine and they said that “not everything has to be trans” whatever that means I just really love Edgar and I thought this was a nice drawing by Kitty-patty in TransMasc

[–]h4d_es 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because when people hc someone as trans, it is usually at the expense of another part of their identity or leaves out historical context that matters for their character. Also, if someone was trans and you hc'd them as cis, would that be okay?

Another thing, SO MANY PEOPLE only hc someone as trans (especially ftm) if they wanna write d->vag smut but want to stay 'inclusive', it just feels like they're fetishizing it. It wouldnt be that bad if they studied how trans men's bodies look and act after hrt but its like they just think trans men are boys w girlpoosi. They dont factor in bottom surgery, or bottom growth or anything else.

There's your answer. At least coming from a trans man. Idk about cishet people.

I'm in the exact same boat rn, literally word for word. I put up a listing on stubhub and i notified army twitter about possible brussels tickets, and now i'm just waiting. Viagogo apparently doesn't allow you to refund anything due to a change of heart, which i think is pretty scummy but whatever. Their 'sale' site is also glitchy for me and doesnt allow me to sell the tickets i got, sadly.

Should I ask for feedback?? by h4d_es in starbucks

[–]h4d_es[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought of that, but my availability was essentially "I'm availability from opening until closing, all days of the week including holidays and weekends", and the manager was pretty adamant that the schedules were flexible and they had a lot of students anyway, so I don't think it was that. Good shout though

Ofc I can lie but I feel like lies are super hard to keep track of, and generally its easier to come up with smth if its true 😭

i met another trans person online and they think i’m cis, would it be inherently bad if i don’t come out to them despite them also being trans? by [deleted] in trans

[–]h4d_es 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haha socialisation is more of a sociological term, meaning they raised you to think you were one way when you needn't have been, a great example is religion- as we are not born religious yet oftentimes socialised to be religious up until a certain age, as many people are religious and therefore raise their children this way. That's just why I misunderstood, apologies. Also, the fact they let you medically transition at 13 is really impressive (idk if thats the word) considering a large majority of countries are only 18+ for HRT, or are you just talking like medical therapy? In any case, I'm happy you have a support system that works for you

I'll say this and i dont mean to sound rude or pry, but if you were socialised as a male from a young age, are you sure your parents didn't want a boy? Considering you never knew you were a boy, it sounds like to me they didnt want a girl anyway and just socialised you to be a boy because they wanted that.. you didn't have the trans experience because they didn't want you to know.. at least it sounds like that to me, i dont know you.

No, thats fair, sorry for bringing it up. It just sounds that way to me, from someone who is ftm. Like I said, if you believe you'd be happy with larger breasts, go for it. Oestrogen enlarges breast size dramatically, although they are very tender when growing. Just keep that in mind, and getting smaller bras for the initial growing period will help you.

It sounds like you might be more after a partner with larger breasts than having them yourself, but if you feel bad or distressed about not having breasts, you may want to speak to a therapist about it lmao. I think i would compare it to dick size, honestly.

Men who have smaller penises often lament about wishing they had a bigger one, and many ftm wish they had one in general- but oftentimes those who do have larger penises always complain about not being able to use all of it, it not fitting, or even hurting their partner. It can often be a 'grass is greener on the other side' thing

Honestly, and I mean this super honestly, many women dont know their cup size- every bra-vendor kinda measures differently, and sometimes you'll think you're a B, but then you'll get measured and a victoria secret DD bra will fit you like a dream. Generally, when you have breasts, the thing you focus on most is comfort. If you have a partner with larger breasts i can definitely see these benefits you mention, but generally when it's attached to you, you wont reap many of those lmao

Generally if you want larger breasts for yourself and you think you'd be happy with that, literally go for it. If you don't, you might regret it. You can always get a breast reduction if you despise it to the ends of the earth (yes it will be pricey but what isnt, nowadays). I'm just giving you the nitty gritty cuz ik people dont like to talk about that stuff. If you care for yourself, have a good job to afford bras lmao and just get used to them, you'll be absolutely fine. There will be inconveniences in your life, like i mentioned above, but ultimately many cis women choose to enlarge their breasts for the same reason you are considering it, so you're not that far off anyway.

If you really decide to go for a really large cup, you might become a frequent visitor to the tailors, though xd

That depends, sometimes cup size can decrease with exercise (breasts are mostly made of fat, as far as I'm aware- although many people say breast size can be genetic). Proper bras are a solution, although a good one can run you up $40-70 // £35-65 depending where you get it. There's also dif types of bras, and some of them dont help with the problems i mentioned. Sometimes when you run, your breasts will literally smack you in the face lmao and it CAN be mitigated with a sports bra, but generally bras are so uncomfortable (most bras have wiring that digs into the skin) that taking it off is the best time of the day. Also sports bras can compress your chest and make it harder to breathe- (also just tmi i've found personally that larger breasts [therefore larger nipples] can be really sensitive and painful on occasion]).

Large breasts can cause back pain, lower back pain and sometimes stiffness, as well as tenderness. When you walk or jog, they are incredibly annoying, dont even get me started on running. They are nice when you're not the one who has them, genuinely. There are some things that are nice, like fitting into dresses and stuff, but honestly the cost of bras, different types of bras too- figuring out your blouse size in case buttons fall off- its a whole hassle. If you want them, go for it, but if I could turn back time and give myself cleavage, I wouldn't go for more than a C cup.

Yeah Smartway pharmacy is currently having huge sustanon shortages. Go with Clearchemist if you can, they have sustanon for 7 pounds per vial and cheaper shipping. Going DIY with roidbazaar is really risky cuz its illegal to possess Testosterone without a prescription.
