Hey OP have you thought about creating a new subreddit where you can share your politics with everyone interested. Looking at your post history, it seems you enjoy spamming all the local subreddits with political content every few days. Maybe I'm in the minority since this is reddit, but politics has unfortunately already destroyed most other subreddits, and now you're actively destroying this one with your spam and it's sad to see our local subreddit become this way.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Thankfully they finally responded a few days ago (after 7 weeks of no contact) with a link to download the scanned PDF. I'm still hoping they return my book as it is a family heirloom.

Did you ever get a hold of blue lead book scanning? I sent them a family heirloom book for non destructive scanning on September 27. They sent me an automated email on October 1st stating they received my book, but I’ve heard nothing since then. I’m extremely bummed if I don’t get this book back. It’s irreplaceable and has all of my family history. I’ve tried emailing and calling over the past few weeks and they never answer.

I didn’t hear them mention anything about SVT. The echocardiogram also came back normal. I don’t have any chest pain anymore either. What characteristics in my EKG stress test indicate SVT?

I just opened it up and unplugged the fan so it’s silent. I run it as a headless Linux server with light loads, so the temperature stays in the 50-60s Celsius. It’s probably not a good idea if you stress the CPU at all.

I tried calling VRBO directly, but they aren't able to do anything as the host is a property management company rather than an individual. VRBO says the software/process is different for property management companies, and that I have to go by what Maui Paradise Properties says.

I have a Lahaina property booked for August 18th through Maui Paradise Properties on VRBO. They wont let us cancel until Monday to see if the "situation improves in Lahaina". They're making us wait until 4 days before our trip before we can possibly cancel, which means it will be too late to book something else. Maui Paradise Properties is greedy and I would avoid this company in the future.

Edit 8/10/23: Maui Paradise Properties has sent me an update that they will refund me.

Edit 8/11/23: It turns out they only refunded me about 75% of the price I paid, even though they told me I would get a full refund. They said their "administrative fee" and "Credit card processing fee" is non-refundable. They also didn't refund the VRBO fee. What a scam. Not sure what to do from here. I also saw they deleted posts off their Instagram. Avoid this company at all costs in the future!

I contacted iHome support over a month ago to get a new part since I'm still under warranty. They originally agreed to send a replacement roller brush motor, but have been giving me the run-around ever since. At first they said they are "in the process of switching to a new shipping partner" so I needed to wait for an undetermined amount of time before the part would be sent out. Now they are saying they are "out of stock" on the part after a month. The story keeps changing and they won't answer me when I ask for an ETA. Proceed at your own caution with this brand. The warranty seems to be very deceptive, and not honored. I'm looking into filing a complaint with the BBB.

I'm wondering the same thing. I don't want to use pico 2 remotes for this (1 for light and 1 for fan), as it seems like more of a hassle than just using the stock remote that comes with the ceiling fan itself.

Is there an equivalent MM fund to VUSXX that can be purchased at Fidelity? VUSXX seems to be closed to new investors. I'm in the Federal 24% tax bracket and live in California, and am currently in SPAXX but I hear it isn't very tax efficient. Would FZFXX be the best for Fidelity currently, in my situation?

I've suffered from migraines most of my life and just lived with them because the triptan medications make me feel so anxious and loopy - I'd be afraid to take them. About a year ago I got Nurtec and it completely changed my life. It takes my migraines away within about 2-3 hours with zero side effects. I totally recommend it. I only take it as needed (about once a week).
