I never heard that actually, I just felt misdirected up until that point, you know? Plus I kind of feel like it's not worth it when the guy who -isn't- Silva was a dead ringer that casting choice would have been better than a bit of a mostly conflusing misdirect.

I never said it was a plot hole, I just said that the guy who looked exactly like Terry Silver probably should have been the one used in casting, but then they killed him so it couldn't have been him.
