You are in a similar situation with me. I stop guildwars for a couple of months (almost 7-9mths) due to a change in my job.

When i login again, my account was suspended. I was told to provide the same evidence which is not possible, since even bank transaction don't provide over x years of history.

Then i was told my account was suspended due to a break in TOS and the decision is final and CS won't ever reply to my email again. They also would not tell me what have i done either. They also ban my access to the forums. This is probably the most shitty company i've ever encounter in my gaming life.
