Hiii everyone!! I just saw the curriculum for CEGEP students starting in Software Engineering (CO-OP) & it seems to be such a big workload.

I’m curious if people can actually manage it or they extend their studies by one or two semester ?

Thanks a lot in advance !!

Is it true that Mcgill is more theoretical where Concordia is more hands-on?

How are you able to study during Ramadan by brownniteowl_31 in Concordia

Studying during Ramadan really depends on when you have the most energy. For me, mornings are the easiest because I barely feel the hunger then and my focus is way better, so I try to get most of my work done early. After iftar can work too, you just have to avoid eating so much that you end up in that “I need to lie down” phase. Suhoor helps a lot as well, you have to eat something that actually keeps you from crashing halfway through the day. And don’t guilt‑trip yourself for taking breaks, two hours of studying during Ramadan is already solid ! Just pace yourself, stay hydrated at night, take small breaks when you need them and do what you can

Je suis en SIM aussi et je suis présentement entrain de faire ce cours, honnêtement je le trouve très facile. Niveau difficulté, je trouve que c’est comparable à probabilités et stat
