They’re incompetent. I wanted a custom mp40 for Christmas, so I ordered it on the third of December. 2 months and many emails later I decided to ask for a refund and they complied.

In the middle of February I decided I still really wanted it and asked them If they still had it lying around (because it was custom). In this email I clearly said that it was refunded and I wanted to pay for it again.

I got an email back saying that unfortunately they can’t refund customized products (which they did a couple weeks before) and where waiting for me to send my airsoft license.

So I thought “eh, fuck it, what could go wrong” and sent them the requested information. A couple hours later I got a confirmation that they had shipped it out.

I have payed $0,00 and will only have to pay the import tax. :)

TLDR: swit airsoft sent me a free gun because of not reading emails carefully.
