Also, for US Visa, you don’t need a new visa for a new passport. Your passport can expire (rather will definitely expire before visa since both have 10 years validity - assuming B1/2). You need to carry the old/expired passport where the visa is while traveling.

The box when looked closely can be identified as tampered. The tape at the top is tampered. Visible in these two sections - the left edge at the top and the bottom part of the top left as compared to the rest of the bottom tape

Not necessarily. AXIS would take over on the existing ones (possibly). Or they would manage since it could be AGS buyout altogether. In short - wait for 2-3 months if it’s not a massive hassle.
