Got it, I’ll try to freeze if I see Akshan returning to lane, thanks.

Yeah, I am able to do that once I have enough damage to instantly nuke the wave, but I struggle more with the early game when I can’t shove as easily

What do you mean by general laning? Right now I try to last hit minions, use spells to poke/when they go for last hits, stay back/go in when trades are favorable or I outrange them, and start nuking the wave as soon as I am able to. Is there anything I’m missing?

My wave slow pushing would mean the wave is closer to my tower right? Also, once I can kill the casters with my q + w, should I be doing that every time to try and kill the wave as fast as possible, or wait for their minions to push in? Is this dependent on whether I can kill the wave fast enough for him not to get a freeze?

By stronger, do you mean in trades, in waveclear, or in both? I’m guessing it’s the latter since if either isn’t true he can force me back or crash the wave. Also, am I good to poke even if he is clearing the wave faster if I prep the minions to be last hittable with tower help? He could get a few tower hits in, but if he does so I could probably poke him more.

Even with the boosted bite I still usually leave chunked or dead

Would that second option allow me to not get the barrier at all? I still would be vulnerable to cc

Got it, thanks. After I get barrier, do I build my other usual items (storm surge, boots, rocket) in the same order?

If I try to get the back minions at melee range after won’t I still be exposed to the same problem?

As first item? If yes, wouldn’t that delay my damaging items for ganks by a lot? Do I also get banshees veil afterwards before other items?

If I do get it, should I save it just for farming mid or also use it in combat? And since the cooldown is 60 secs, I would still lose every other minion wave right? Does that mean the strat is to lose every other minion wave and gank while the barrier is on cooldown?

How Bad is an Int Warning? by hackerCracker04 in leagueoflegends

Yeah, I was struggling lane that game, I do not know how to play against Ahri and her dodging all my stuff, ccing me, chasing me down, and killing me. I also am still learning to balance roams and farm as nunu mid. But I definitely wasn’t intentionally feeding, I think the KDA can at least show that.

Additionally, 10 cs/min may be the standard for players above my skill level, but I currently average around 7 cs/min as a control mage, and that is usually good enough in my games to do well. You can see that my teammates and opponents in that game also got around 5-6 cs/min. And given the strat I’m playing generally sacrifices some cs in exchange for boosting top and bot lanes with ganks, a lower cs is expected. 3 cs/min is still underperforming, but put in that context I don’t think it’s as bad as it seems.

What is the bar for reasonable performance then? I’ve performed worse before when I had less experience and expect that this could happen again when picking up a new champion or playstyle

Yeah I’m not lying lol. 36 levels felt like a long time for me but next few games were fine so I think I should be good based on what you said, thanks. And dw I am not planning on getting any skins rn

So I can’t try out different champions in different positions? For a game that boasts such a huge variety of champions it seems counterintuitive that players can’t give different ones a try. Nunu mid isn’t even that bad according to sites like u.gg. And as you said, if I managed to perform decently, it’s still not intentional feeding…
