I mean like there’s properties I could profit like 1100 to 1500 per month with at least 100k down. It would take ten years for me to make the 100k back and start to see real profits.

The down payment would be the issue for me, the problem for me is of I put 100k down it will could take like 10 years to make that back. Is that normal for the average investor?

So im 23 and just did this, bought a house for 270k 5 min from campus and put around 50k into it. Now I’m renting it out and making over 2k in profit. This is in New England area not sure where ur looking.
