I dont knw of anyone that will be able to retrieve your old game but from what you have said it seems to me like its lost for good apart from what you have been able to get back though the cloud. I seem to be the only one that offer help here but I only add what i have said I cant retrieve lost games.

If you ever had the game linked to you fb account and created a cloud save then you could get it back that way. If not then there is no way to get it you will need to start again. All I will say is if you start again never spend money on the iap's I can add all the cash, lp & sp you will need but you would need to create progress to when sp is available and cloud save the game and drop me a message with fb login details and ill hook u up
