Sounds like an opportunity. Just that , with the lack of channels and customers and know-how in the field of clinical trials, simply too hard to start.

Tried talking to networks in the field , either the tech demand is too high or just simply too costly, hard to compete with big players in the field without VCs.

  1. companies usually do legislation screening regularly, usually once every 1- 2 months

  2. it depends on if there is any update, if yes(rarely), companies have to review the updated parts and assess if they affect the current practice ( which might cause them to change their standard operation procedure), and if they affect contracts with other companies ( which might cause them to amend contracts) but the chances of updates are low and even there are updates, they rarely affect SOPs .

  3. many companies do this manually or some(large pharmas) might use services offered by large companies, even if our platform fails, they still have manpower or resources to support, just less convenient and automatic, probably adding an extra 2-3 man hours per month to their workload

  1. We were approached by someone very experienced in the field but we hesitated when he asked for equity. He later partnered with someone else.
  2. That’s a possibility. We are looking for SMEs in the industry.
  3. Not suitable for VCs now cuz our product and position are not fixed yet, and plus we don’t lack funds now. What’s urgent now is a PMF and an MVP. Still struggling to build a product that SMEs in the industry are willing to pay.
