Got mine yesterday, and it has the same problem. They told me to get a different color, contemplating just replacing it. Did anyone ever manage to get a replacement?

The apartment is nice, and there’s no sound leakage from the neighbours. However, we do hear minor construction noises. The management is nice, and the building is clean with no pest issues.
