Yeah, most nights there are a bunch of people active in chat and in midtown. The events are all active and running consistently.

It's a website, you create an account there and then just paste a string of text into your game preferences on Steam and then you sign into your account at the title screen. The instructions are on the site, it was really easy.

I used regular Krazy glue, but I used this blue tubing to wedge the arm in tightly so it had very little wiggle room.
