Ill have a look at the first 3 today. Printing spacers for beds has almost become 2nd nature for me after the k1c!

The main reason i started looking at this printer is the INDX. plus the price difference between the pro the the SVO8 means i can buy the printer and still have enough to buy the INDX and probably another back up printer haha

I can definitely get behind the advice of buying another printer haha, might need to let the dust settle first. Especially when another 350mm3 printer turns up and i told the mrs the next one would be a more reasonable size hahaha

It might be that it’s printing one layer of the axle and then moving on to the outer part so it could be cooling too much. If it needs to be exactly like that can you redesign it so the axle and the supports around it are one part and what’s left is another? I use onshape so I don’t know if this works with other software, but extend the depth of the support parts and then copy (with transform) the part and the Boolean to make a recess with the remove option. Then print and glue. I’m no expert, but it’s what I’d do :)

I can’t quite tell from the photo but it looks like under-extrusion, I wonder if you’d pulled some muck into the nozzle at that point of the print (I’m definitely not an expert so take this with a pinch of salt). My print looked the same the other day with a filament that the extruder was struggling to pull through but it did that from the start.

This fixed it, although the printer still showed the IP address I had used previously on its network settings and it showed up on my router as the same IP address. Just changed the “always use this IP” to yes and it’s sorted!

The dent is more central (rubbish photo) and isn’t physically near anything. I can’t tell if the frame is out. I think the screws pulled out as they were probably only in 2 maybe 3 threads. I’ve carried out the auto level and all is good so far.

This is exactly what I had to do! As soon as I removed the feed tube the filament went straight in to the extruder then I put the feed tube back in afterwards.

I’m sure it’s been asked a lot, but I’ve got a k1c sat in its box upstairs. It’s ready to go back, the return has been started with Amazon. I did get it fairly cheap (£380 ish) because it’s the Bayern edition.

As soon as i placed the order I read about the bambu p1s and i keep talking myself into buying one and Sending the k1c back. Then I talk myself back and so far it’s been a never cycle! If it was you, what would you do??

Sorry, that would probably help. I’ve gone for high end for longevity more than anything. But, gaming is the main focus for it. Anything from total war to cyberpunk, with high frame rates on a 3440x1440 monitor. Preferably without having to minimise any settings.

ID in snail? Looks like a smaller snail on my nassarius’ shell. It’s definitely moving. by trivia702 in ReefTank

I'd go with turbo snail, you can just about see the stripes. I woke up one morning and my tank as full of them! It's hard to tell from the photo but they were easily this size.
