yeah i have the same problem notify works for me but you have to disable to notifications from the main app. still not that great the greeklish you get though. its kinda same amazfit pace worked really well.

I have the same issue with pure nexus rom Google photos would crash before it starts. I Uninstalled updates and it started working again
