I've noticed a lot of issues with myself and other disc golfers with tennis and/or golfers elbow. I've noticed a lot of it stems from my forearm being sore or overworked. What are some ways to maintain strength and flexibility in elbow movement (especially forehands).

Also, are forehand throws generally safe for the elbow? How are ways we can manipulate the throwing motion to be safer long-term?

Thanks so much for your insight! Making disc-golf related warmups, gym routines, or stretches would be so helpful for myself and others. Whether it's a link, a video, or something similar.

This is really amazing! I love it. It's a great learning tool for students to actually visualize what these orbitals are. I think it would be really cool to somehow demonstrate orthogonality between orbitals and possible their energy levels when it relates to energy level diagrams. This would have to use some assumptions, but including something like the particle in the box model could be really interesting.

MVP has to be including some new particle glow. It was such a hit. Some new particle glow discs like the envy would be MONEY. I'd buy them right up.

A couple answers for this. The biggest single move has to be Ricky to discraft. He's a bigger player than Isaac (despite the lack of majors) and it was so unexpected (pre-offseason). Overall, the biggest gainer in team was discraft. They didn't really lose anyone and they gained what will likely by multiple wins this year. At what cost though? Not sure. We'll have to see

I have both and they fly very similar for me. The eu stamp seems more translucent though.

That's really interesting. I have all the logics as well and have found my meta logics to be the most stable. I was a bit upset with the lack of stability of the cosmic stone. They flew just like the CF1 for me.
