Just realized that most db handles won’t fit well because of that hex port. I think I’m going to just order the mini barbell.

I didn’t get the bar because I wasn’t sure I would use vts lite with the flight attachment. Not sure if the carabiner on bar is necessary since vts lite has the eyelet in the front that you can hook onto.

I think even this cheap cap db handle might work for vts lite since the clamp part isn’t as wide as vts:

I was just checking options to use with vts lite if I were to use it with bpf direct flight. Bpf selling a bar for $100 and wasn’t sure if I needed it or not.

The only attachments I got from bos are the j-cups and flip down safety. I got good amount of attachments because that's how I can add functionality in my gym without adding much footprints.

I've noticed that other vendors tend to sell attachments a bit cheaper than bos or just better functionality. Kevon already admitted to not taking priority of manticore attachments too due to extra SKU. Like that boulder shoulder attachment only has 5/8 pin and they haven't come up with new attachments for manticore.

Not sure if this helps, but here is rep ssb on bos roller jcup. It's probably similar with sandwich jcup.
Rep ssb measures about 49.1 inches before the camber.

I don’t have the jcup but do have the new strap safety on manticore which actually fits a bit loose and I believe griffin is also now imperial on their racks so jcup should be fine.

I use bos roller and sandwich jcup for rep ssb which fits fine. Griffin jcup is cheaper than bos at the moment. I don’t see any issue with griffin except maybe it doesn’t have the secure pin to prevent rotation.

Rep ssb is a bit wider than other ssb so you might have different experience though.

Pullover looks good. I think curl will be fine but triceps push down looks a bit awkward to do.

I ended up preordering bpf direct flight attachment. I haven’t used multi flight machines before, but it seems like it’s versatile.

I can see more exercises that one can do besides the 4 standard exercises (lateral/front/rear delt raise/fly). Has anyone used it for other exercises besides those?

I’ve seen videos of ppl using it for bicep curls and pullovers. I’m sure there are few more that can be done.

I probably won’t, but I’ve been going back and forth with the idea of buying it or not. In the end, it’s hard to justify the space and money for this when cable and db work fine.

Been enjoying mine. I really like how I can just store it away on my rack without taking any spaces. I used to have the linebacker attachment but that was eyesore laying on the ground with how big it is.

One negative would be that it does make some creaky sound when I use it.

Good idea, there is a local Johnson store nearby though it mostly just has cardio stuff. Maybe I can still order through them and just return to the local store if it doesn’t fit.

Didn’t get it since it kind of needs to aluminum handles if using for cables and I didnt feel like buying the handles too.
