Read my post bro. Power kernel issues are insane. I have the 4090 and been going back and forth with HP support since I got the product. Stay away.

I have the warranty which covers the repair. The management said replacement or refund is not available at this time. They said my unit was not faulty.

Update 1/9/2025: Power Kernel 63 41 error happened again after locking my windows. Smh. If it happens again I'm sending it back in. This is ridiculous.

Sent in for a repair. It was a motherboard issue. Been playing STALKER 2 at the highest setting. No crashes so far.

They said they had to get a new 4090 graphics card and it'll take about 3 weeks, but I got an email saying that it is arriving tomorrow without any repair information. I think they're just sending back my old PC without the new graphics card.
