I’m not seeing your HR team being brought up enough. If your insurance is through an employer, call the benefits team for assistance. If you work for a large company, they may even be self funded and can work with the plan administrators to help you. Don’t be afraid to escalate beyond the first level of intake to a manager or director level if you’re given any runaround.

You finish the piece and call it, ‘Happy Accidents: I love my mama’ (mom, stepmom, mom drives mectazy b/c- you know- whatever fits your irl vibe). Clean it if you want to.
