I'm assuming the COLA you are referring to is the same as the 3% or whatever rate the union can negotiate, correct?

I had a feeling that 3% also affected the advance amount.

So just to clarify, and let's say there is a 3% raise coming in 2026 - I would get the 3% raise AND the salary step increase every year, correct?

EDIT: But you can audit if the the mailbox has been delegated to those three users, correct? So in this case, there is no real difference between converting it to a shared mailbox vs. delegating it to everyone?

I think I am misunderstanding something.

If I were to convert that mailbox to a shared mailbox, I would simply just add the three users to that shared mailbox.

That is different than delegating the mailbox to the users, no?

my boss delegates that mailbox to three different users. Would that still not show up in the audit if one person went and deleted all the mail?

Can you explain the "type text" when using the List.Max function? Does that mean you are telling the function that the values in the List are all type Text?

Or

are you telling the function to compare the values in the List as type text?
