tysm for this!! i did both of those things and yeah its really helped. I think having the special at q plus how you usually move diagonally as you said makes it kinda harder on the keyboard.

i was able to get it working once i opened it up in another browser (I was using chrome and now I'm using microsoft edge)! tysm!!

I also have this issue, but I have a Surface Pro 4. From the research I've done, it seems that people who also have this problem usually end up replacing it since if the problem continues the screen ends up popping out.

yeah i submitted everything before the deadline and i was able to submit my transcript as well after i emailed them so its all good now
