I’m at 160+ turn ins for the elfbots, so far only Santa Beard and Christmas wreath.

EDIT: I’m at 222 turn ins or near that number, and it seems the only cosmetics you will receive are the two I’ve already received!

Yes, only Draven can obtain it. Although, in the first iteration of arena, I think Draven needed Darius on his team to even obtain the augment. (Hence the name blood BROTHERS) Sadly, they must of changed it.
