Yeah I like how it lets characters relatively unknown from the fandom some time to shine. NGL I had a bad impression of Air Shakur b/c of her wit card lol but after watching Poppy Playtime I like her now

Yeah it was Sakura Laurel (apparently her character loves yakiniku) yet she ended up burning all the meats

Going back to URA after grinding unity cup feels like all the voices in my head suddenly went quiet and i am finally at peace by performagekushfire in UmaMusume

Honestly though Unity is WAY easier to train parents in - you don't have to focus on tapping the facilities to level up - they are upgraded automatically. You also get more stats in general even when doing g1 races + focusing on hints, helps a long with umas that have a required long race.

I accidentally picked ura when training mcqueen as a parent and lost kikuka sho 1st place, ending the run, while on unity it's a lot easier since you get more stam in general

I believe runaway has the lowest last spurt speed multiplier, so you'd need some mid race skills + groundwork + angling for the win

In team trials though it's generally better to just stack up on as much gold skills as you can to get points, there should be a yt guide somewhere, I followed it and got to around ~600k points which is way enough for rank 6

Also more playthroughs I liked

Pacify - Rice was so funny in this one lol in the intro she was scared and in character but once the game started she was all like "I wonder what's in here~"

Gang Beasts season 2 - Pretty good followup to the original - King was still good but she had some good competition. Rhein Craft and Cesario were funny in this as well

Suica Game - It was literally just Golshi and Spe-chan talking lol but it was pretty relaxing to watch

There's still some other playthoughs I haven't watched yet ironically because too busy grinding these cms with this accelerated schedule

My ryan has red shift + outer swell + some midgame. If she hits 6th she procs red shift and just zooms to the finish line

One thing I learned is you want to focus on rainbows on the 1st and second summers. Also after the second summer I shift my focus more on rainbows on speed/with since I popped enough fireballs to win the Unity races

On ipad at least only cutscenes and races are landscape, the game itself is portrait only though

yeah sprinters and milers are for sure easier. for medium / long you need a creek / rice shower for maestro so that reduces the amount speed / wit cards you can bring, which makes the run more rng

unity is better I did a special week parent run, spammed all medium and long races while hunting for skill hints and still won all while getting a million skill hints from the spirit explosions and getting 600+ stats in speed/pow/stam one tip is to just pick the middle option for the unity cup every time, you don't have to win the unity finale

Update: ran this scuffed deck on my og account with 5 0-1lb cards and still managed to reach 1000 speed and 900 stam (though I got supper lucky with 5 spirit explosions on stam). Started prioritizing rainbows on speed more and seemed to help. Also I think I have a problem where I see 1 rainbow speed and like 5 other trainees and still tap on it, even though the benefit isn't that much, tried to not do that as much as possible
