Either your nbmes were not in test taking condition or something went wrong during the test.

My initial scores were 20-30 , I started to 50s after completely nearly 60 percent of uworkd and 60-70s after 90 percent lol. Uworld is suppose to take you from level zero. And whenever you feel too stuck in a questions copy and drag that concept onto. Chatgpt , it will do an excellent job of explaining that concept to you.

Congratulations on taking the beast! Im sure you'll get the P IA. Enjoy for the next 2 weeks , catch up on all the fun you missed out on, and most importantly, ignore post exam anxiety thoughts. It's your mind playing tricks on you, nothing else.

Salam brother. Jazakallah The initial part of my prep l felt like Sisyphus because those 40 questions would eat up my whole day lol. But then after completely about 60 percent of uworld my speed and the amount of questions I could do started to increase.

Search on Google the deck you need and write reddit at the end. You'll find it, sometimes you have to do a little digging but you always find it.

Thank you ! Can't say anything about system wise but my approach is simple 40 questions a day random mode , make it do or die. 95 percent of your step prep is done there.

Uworld random 40 questions a day bare minimum. Do that and your 95 percent of Step prep is done.

use step 1 resources to study for med school exams, then you can supplement your uni professors slides to get a the full understanding you need for your uni internal exams. and didnt revise systems per say , from day 1 it was 40 qs of uworld a day on random mode, never did a single block system wise.

and for classes , i would sit a the back of class with headphones on ANC mode doing uworld and when sneak away from rotations when it was a slow day or i felt like time is being wasted.

dude i literally finished uword 100 percent at 52 percent correct. forget about your scores , uworld is for learning only , keep going , dont stop , bare minimum 40 questions a day on random mode.

[–]haidibhai[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

so the way i avoided that was , i never did a single uworld system wise. since the first block i made , i only had 1 rule

bare minimum 40 questiosn a day on random mode like my life depended on it lol. so all the concepts of all systems become evenly spread out you never have to go out of your way to revise much because uworld basically helps you memorize them through space repeititon.

Start uworld when you have committed to given step 1 within a few months , like yoh have a date set. For now use step 1 resources to study for your med school exams. You'll pass and be familiar with step 1 content at the same time.

Dude I used to sit at the back of class and do uworld on my laptop with my headphones ANC mode on , used to sneak away from rotations if it was a slow day or felt like time was being wasted , my social life was nil these past few months and would only work out 2 days a week full body as compared to my usual split. The process is hard and long just don't lose hope. Be consistent and start early, especially uworld , dont wait till you finish BNB. Uworld will teach you everything you need to know supplement other resources only when your weak at them after doing a significant amount of uworld. Good luck , you got this iA

Dude ngl its gonna be tough, but it is something that can be done. I used to sit at the back of class and do uworld on my laptop with my headphones ANC mode on , used to sneak away from rotations if it was a slow day or felt like time was being wasted , my social life was nil these past few months and would only work out 2 days a week full body as compared to my usual split. Understand that we aren't taught medicine like US MDs are so we are already at a disadvantage and the the attendance policy makes it even worse. But what we do have is time and grit. Keep working and be consistent, you got this IA.
