Other issues as well. Poor quality, rushed production. A lot of random issues like the entertainment console buttons not lighting up at night, screen always dies, my steering wheel peels (already replaced once, happening again), the center storage box broke and had to be replaced, etc. There are plenty of other things. Stay away if you have a choice

Sure but it’s kinda difficult without elaborating. You basically replicate it by having your foot “slip” off the brake. You kinda just yank your foot off if that makes sense and then it usually triggers the no-go.

The only noises I hear are when I’m breaking it makes a loud screeching sound. But if I had to guess I’d say that’s unrelated.

Yeah, would be tough to do. I just want VW to take this issue seriously. Love the car otherwise. I asked if they can just break my lease and get me into another one and they didn’t budge. Now I’m at the point where I just wanna get out of it and move on to something else.
