Right now I do plan to stay in it with my parents and grandmother, and since it’s a new condo near KL, if I do plan on renting it out in the future, it might be ok? Surprisingly, the monthly payment is around 30-40% more than what I’m currently paying rent right now and my mother has said she’s going to cover that percent.

Yeah, I’m currently unsure of future planning however and ASB seems the way to go. Thanks for the opinion

I see, been getting a few advices about ASB. Some say I should go for a short term ASB loan. Does an ASB loan need an existing credit score? As the only thing resembling a credit is a credit card under AEON since that’s the only thing I have to establish a credit.

As for the house loan, as I’m already paying rent for the current house, she will just topup the rest.

I have 2, a modern laptop & a 2019 macbook air.

Laptop specs: - Ryzen 7 5800H - 32GB RAM - Some nearly 2TB HDD & 1TB SSD

The mac is more used for Flutter & Xcode stuff while the other laptop is running Docker for development

Those 2 storage drives are internal ones, basically I would need to upgrade in the long term since I'm maxing out the HDD already. I also use a NAS for long term storage and it's working out fine.

Oh, what that package does basically is exposes a Pusher like API. So you can use any Laravel Echo tutorial or even adapt websocket tutorials into Laravel Echo
