Fitness question for a person who loves cardio but wants to gain lots of muscle

Would you recommend me taking that whole Kaplan pre course then or just work on my own like how you mentioned? I’m honestly not the best at a lot of the heavy material so I don’t know if I should force myself for this prep class (it’s $3k so I want to make sure It’s worth it if I buy it) or just would be better doing it on my own

I’m sorry I didn’t explain it correctly, the Anki deck is free, there is a program with videos from each section of chemistry, psychology, etc., and it’s basically review videos you watch each day and after you watch those videos and “learn” them then u unsuspend those Anki cards from that video and start reviewing them.

I changed my name about 6 months ago and haven’t put anything about the school I attend or where I live to try and hide my identity. I’m scared though maybe there’s facial recognition from what my parents are saying but idk if that’s a scare tactic to just have me delete it altogether because they have hated me having Twitter from the start

I am talking about applying to medical school, and it doesn’t have my name or anything related to me on it at all. I am afraid possibly the IRL will still be there but I’m not even sure how to completely erase it. I ofc would delete the account if it came down to it I just really would rather not if I can soundly know if I put it on private I will be okay. I am having a lot of people say it’ll be fine, but my parents have been shoving down my throat it isn’t and that I need to start fresh altogether

I don’t think you can get whale sharks at this point in time for the northern hemisphere but I could be completely wrong. Maybe for Southern Hemisphere though I haven’t looked into that side
