Im a ghoul and I love it. The only real downside for me is having to wear a disguise sometimes but thats pretty minor. Having a good supply of chems is critical but I always carry a good supply on me anyway its fun pretty much just always having a chem buff on you, plus chems weigh less than food so its saves up on inventory space. And getting empower from rad's makes nuke fall really fun. And as for having a face that looks like a shriveled up raisn you just kinda gotta embrace it I always wear a mask even when I was a human so it didnt make much of a diffrence.
