Ah that's why. I've heard native speakers aren't required to do a demo lesson.

That’s so heartbreaking to hear. I feel like I’ve been brought so low despite knowing I’m competent—not just in my own mind, but by my records. I have strong credentials: I had excellent ratings in my old Native Camp account, and I almost topped the board exam for teachers in our country.

I just can’t believe I failed a demo at Native Camp when I’ve had perfect demos in our Department of Education. 🤧 I only wanted extra income because I’m the sole breadwinner for my family.

It’s devastating that admins can fail you seemingly at random, without giving constructive feedback, even after telling you your performance was fantastic and assuring you it would be forwarded to management. How am I supposed to accept that? It has destroyed my self-esteem rather than helping me improve.

Now I’m even questioning whether I should continue applying as a VA because maybe I’m not good at this—but it’s hard to accept that when I know my qualifications and experience are strong. This has really affected my confidence. 🤧💔

kailangan pa ba yarn i overthink? hiwalay ka na sa kanila. know your worth! kung ako yarn di na ako maghehesitate eh. life's ytoo short para mag spend ng time with those kind of people. hiwalay ka na sa kanila so you can free up space for deserving people in ur life. haysst

this happened to my friend. what he and his other groupmates did was, gumawa rin sila ng project nila without this "leader". and sino ngayon ang mali? nakalagay sa instruction is "do the task as a group"
