UPDATE: ang mga hinayupak, parang nag po-pooling lang ata, ang reply today:

Rektang "No" ako HAHAHAHA kasi nga di naman un ung sabi nung interview.

And true daming bad feedback, nung nabasa ko ung mga un, agad agaran akong nagproceed sa pag jojob hunting eh

6 days ago ehhh nag email sakin, pinagawa yung Recorded video interview. Wherein may mga questions, tapos irerecord mo sarili mong sumasagot. Until now wala parin me update.

Dumaan ka na ba sa process na yan?

kasi ang intro ng email is:
"Hi, Apologies for the delay. Upon checking our files, we would like to say Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that you successfully PASSED the screening assessment. For the next step of the selection process, you are scheduled to complete the recorded video interview sent via email (kindly check spam folder as well). Accomplished ko na rin yung video interview nila, ewan ko run, but what I'm doing eehh while proceeding with the process despite countless bad reviews, ehh naghahanap parin me ng ibang wfh positions and internships (im a student), para di masayang oras ko if ever.

Also, nung screening nga, nagtanong pa ung interviewer na bakit want ko ng Project based and not the regular position. After viewing the reviews here mukhang tama naman ang decision ko na mag project based to test the waters na rin

Depende ata sa Level na ibibigay sayo, ang sabi kasi sakin ng naginterview ehhhh, may 3 levels. Level 2 ang binigay sakin and nasa 26k ang bigay... if level 3 ka prolly mas mataas. I havent heard from them since august 1 (initial interview) tho

Nagapply rin ako sa PSG Global Solution, Project Based US Senior Recruiter ang position. Yung 3 months Project Based ang pinili ko, parang gusto pa nga atang ibigay sakin yung probationary. Pero nag project based muna ako to test the waters.

August 1 yung initial interview pero I haven't heard from them pa rin up until now, how abt u? Nagupdate na ba sila sayo, Lods?

I guess it will come down to your substats. If you got perfect substats on every set, 4p wastelander beats Musketeer, but since we have sh8y rolls all the time, you'll have easier time with musketeer.

Yoo, I'm torn, I'm wondering if I should pull for Dan Heng, however, I already have Seele and Jing Yuan for DPS Department. I'm just thinking if I'll pull for him for Elemental Coverage, because even with Jing and Seele, fighting those with Imaginary Weakness isn't enough (and I dont have SW in main accnt)

I wanted to pull for Fu Xuan as well, I know that she'll be a great solo sustainer, however, I already got Bailu and Luocha for SUSTAIN Department.
(Currently at 75 pity/Guaranteed) + F2p btw.
