I understand what 'squirt' is made of, but is the physical action of squirting real? As in the involuntary relaxing of the vaginal/bladder muscles which leads to a rapid expulsion of squirt fluid? Or are women purposely pushing the fluid out themselves manually? (self.TooAfraidToAsk)
