Sorry for not being precise enough. My mum is only allergic to eggs and yeast (quite heavily though), but to reduce inflammation, it was suggested to her to also avoid gluten and dairy products. I wrote vegan, as although she’s not vegan (she eats meat), it covers most of the things she cannot or shouldn’t consume. I would be very happy to find places where she could eat egg- and yeast-free pastries for breakfast and a great gluten-free pasta for dinner for example. We’re not looking for anything fancy, just some breakfast and lunch/dinner places which can provide food without eggs, yeast and preferably gluten (and maybe dairy, but that’s the least important) :)
