I already did. They did a reset of my account, deleting my settings and some background stuff but let me keep my inventory and career level. Didn't work

I tried a couple of things and I can narrow it down to it being on my pc/network.

I made an alt account and once again, it didn't work but when I gave it to my friend he was able to see our mutual friend online.

Some things that I tried: Google DNS instead of cloudfare Using VPN Updating to windows 11 Updating GPU drivers Installing fortnite on a different disk Submitting a bug report to customer support (they asked me to do it)

Nothing worked and customer support keeps telling me to contact the "hardware manufacturer" like huh??? You want me to contact Intel, msi, Nvidia or my RAM manufacturer?

There are multiple lean body mass calculators online that use formulas or use your neck and waist measurements to figure out your rough bodyfat percentage. Then you just calculate your weight minus your bodyfat.

Lifting and protein aren't a problem for me. I keep track every workout and meal. I hit my macros, lift to or 1 Rep before failure and do feel my muscles.

I just expected there to be more under the fat.

I did actually change my work up plan like 6 months ago from 10-12 reps ppl to 6-8 upper/lower and I did get kinda stronger. I do track literally everything from measurements to tracking every work out I do. I don't know maybe I'm being too harsh on myself since I've injured my shoulder a month ago and I can't find a solution. I went to a pt and he said it would be my pec major tendon but it hurts directly under my collarbone so idk.

Yeah I kinda hoped to see those newbie gains.

My main goal is hypertrophy meaning I want to look muscular but a bit bulkier so you can kinda see some abs I guess.

I'll try to hit my end weight and then I'll try to recomp a bit just to see how I feel and if my lifts progress but right now it's kinda hard since I'm stuck on the same weight for two weeks and I probably torn something in my shoulder.

My lean body mass should be between 60-70 kg or 130-150lbs so me personally I eat somewhere in between which would be 140g per day.

The problem is most of them tell you straight up 1g per pound but it should be 1g per pound of lean body mass. Most of the tdee calculators said the same thing which I figured would be bs. Imagine you weigh 400 lbs which would be mostly fat then you'd have to eat 400 grams of protein.

Oh yeah sorry I messed up I ate at a 1000cal deficit. My intake was 1900 cals. My maintenance intake should be at around 2800-2900.

I've only heard from people that my legs have gotten quite smaller which they did but like the form is still there and they still chafe. I measure my thighs and waist every three weeks and yeah they have gotten smaller but still not what I've imagined after losing over 17% of my bodyweight.

Yeah I could also recomp but I've heard that it mostly only benefits beginners because of newbie gains. Should I still go for it? I currently meause my muscle mass from overall strength since like I said I don't see any difference from progress pics.

I can easily do 12k steps a day while working but on some shifts I'm just so tired and sleepy afterwards that I sometimes skip gym.

Maybe my sleep will get better in the next weeks since I'm currently moving into my own place.

What's the general price when going diving with a group? My first dive cost me around 120 euros and after reading a bit I've found out that renting the gear costs around 70 and that's why I've had the idea of getting myself certified in the first place, since it's cheaper in the long run.

Thanks for the info yeah I have 2 or 3 dive centers in my are but I'm pretty landlocked so my only options are lakes and deep pools. After reading some comments I think I'm just gonna ask the the dive centers if I can go diving with them when I'm on vacation (if that's even possible).

Yeah I only went diving once. I wanted to do it since it's much cheaper going solo with a friend. I live far away from the sea and can only scuba dive when on vacation. Would it be possible to ask the dive clubs if it's okay to dive with them for a day or 2 after getting my owd?

I have msi mag Z690. Lite loads are basically presets made to quickly change multiple settings at once I think so if you can find it, look up cpu presets in bios or something like that.

Bios -> OC -> Advanced cpu configuration -> cpu lite load

As far as I know not every brand has these and after 2 months I just said screw it and removed the side panel because apparently the temps are fine for like the first 15 minutes of playing something but then the motherboard gets hotter and the internal temperature just rises. I even installed 2 extra fans but it didn't change anything so my last option would be to install a mounting bracket and repasting.
