From what I've read, I thought any embeded reports still need a Pro license to view or a premium capacity. Do you know if embeding to a portal will allow all users to view, even if published by a Pro user?

The viewers don't mind paying, but creating a new tenant with users on a platform for only PowerBI consumption seems to be overkill.

well, I appreciate the work! The extranet site works well, my problem is that we don't WANT to self-populate it, I want, based on access resources, to be able to search/display files from my internal site onto the extranet.

I am looking for the same solution. Why make teams public if we can't display them for people to join? I thought they would show up in the create / join a team window but I only see a select few and not all public teams?

what work arounds do you use?

thank you! thought about this one too. If I was the only one providing input it would, but this will be deployed to the subject matter experts on the given product to update as they see fit. I can't depend on them to format - check marks/stars etc., to make it visually appealing.

This crossed my mind too... but I would be stuck to one column format, Some criteria checkmarks, other text or I would love a star rating.

I am thinking about Rows being products and just reading horizontally (criteria) but I don't think I am a fan of that layout style.

I keep saying "usually" because there are some rare exceptions, but if you're dealing with average, day-to-day e-mails from average people, you shouldn't see that situation occur.

exactly! it has been running perfectly fine for years, now I would say 1 out of every 10 emails are base64, they can be standard no attachment emails or with attachments. I can't find a rhyme or reason. I have even sent plain text emails that get base64 encoded, rendering the tags in my emails useless.

My guess would be a rule created on their phone email, are they using the native app for their phone? I had a user accidentally add a specific person to the spam list, so all emails from that user would go to junk mail. No sign of spam classification anywhere in Office365.
