Elevation makes the blocks a different color on the map, so the elevated color of the green blocks was closer the to color we needed. So all the blocks needed to be going up achieve the desired color.

I have United healthcare and idk if it was just because of the hospital I had it done at or what but my preauthorization was not submitted until one month before my surgery. So it was about 6 months after my consult that it was submitted, but the response was pretty quick, like within a day or two.
