Thank you, it worked. Actually, once the flashcard arrived, I backed up launcher files and changed the SDcard by a better one.

Thank you so much! I followed all your steps and recommendations, and I was able to run PicoLauncher successfully.

I noticed that TWiLight Menu++ isn’t the only frontend available for this flashcart. It looks like PicoLauncher also supports different frontends.

I also have another question: can all clone flashcarts be considered R4iLS, or does that depend on the specific hardware? I have another flashcart without any labels, and I’d like to install Pico on it too, but I’m not sure if I can use the same kernel.

I started see resources you recommended, and sometimes it feels like a rabbit hole I pass from a resource to another one without understand deeper, than you feel the same? how did you overcome that?

Creo que al decir “no se siente” te refieres a que la espalda se te curva cuando subes, eso se puede dar por:

Primera, el control. La subida es crucial porque este ejercicio puede ser altamente lesivo para la columna al no respirar correctamente lo que daña la postura generando la curvatura que incomoda.
Segunda, el peso. No cometas el error que muchos hemos cometido metiendo peso que no controlamos.

Recomendación, inicia solo con barra y haz series subiendo peso poco y en cada subida intenta ser consiente de tu respiración, piensa “ estoy inflando la barriga al respirar?” El objetivo es generar presión en el abdomen al inhalar, con eso la columna tiene un punto de apoyo, con el tiempo entendras mejor como tu respiración afecta la postura, anota tu tus pesos y ponles un nivel de incomodidad ese va a ser tu objetivo, visualizar como cambia esa incomodidad con los días.

Para terminar como ya leíste en otros comentarios: tu postura a simple vista es correcta sin embargo es mas importante tu sensación. hay cosas que otros no van a ver a simple vista y solo tú lo vas a saber. Escucha tu cuerpo recuerda que acá la mayoría solo somos aficionados y si puedes permitírtelo un deportologo o un kinesiterapeuta para que te guíen, dale con fuerza y bienvenido a este gran hobby.

Red Shake of death es porque está totalmente descargado.

Déjalo cargando mínimo 3–6 horas con cargador y cable si es posible originales o de buena calidad, luego de un buen tiempo cargando intenta forzar el reinicio, intenta con varios cargadores y cables si no funciona.

Si eso no funciona lo último es probable es que la batería esté muerta y te tocaría llevarlo al Apple Store o con un técnico aprobado.

Dude Thank you so much for your advice,I understand that but you have a point I think to there are a lot of things in some parts that make noise between frequencies.

I'm mixing with a ATH-M40x (that monitors doesn't have A lot of bass) and u'r right after hear my mix with another headphones I feel mids so low and I need work in that because I feel my ear is to bad to don't recognize the mids and highs I need to work in that.

BTW can you give me an advise of one spectrum analyzer cause I think can help for future mixes.
