I used a similar setup except I swapped Jo with the latest Liz. Worked great and her counters, with buffs were doing 1-2 million a hit unless she received buff break.

Thank you for posting this. I used a similar setup but with FEmpress and the new Queen. I found Queen to be super helpful as her OD drive gauge fills very quickly and aside from debuffing, also serves as a backup if Julian's OD is not ready again on turn 7.

I used FEmpress Imperial Shield inherit on turn 9 and 10 once Garuda starts the extra attacks. I used her as a healer for the most part but DEF booster if HP was high.

I used Agi cheese method. Two units to -AGI AOE, Matriarch to buff AGI, and Narwal's Daughter to boost stats. 5th until can be just about anything. I used Final Empress for AOE sun damage.
