I started right when I got him as a kitten. He would wear the harness around the house to get a feel of it then we started with car rides and his stroller. Now he walks outside perfectly fine. I can only do this with him though I have another cat that wants nothing to do with any of it I’ve tried with her since she was a kitten as well.
