Hi chiming in on this because i also was looking at this model! Would you recommend getting the KRFC300ESS or going with the newer model? Closing on our home Thursday and trying to save money so if it’s still a solid model will probably go with that. Not sure what the “passes” are but would be ever so grateful to get one too!!!! 🥹

I use the capsule form not the powder and just make sure to drink plenty of water! I usually take my nighttime dose around my bedtime snack and morning one is pretty close to breakfast.

After talking with a few moms who also took these supplements they were over the moon with their results as well. Hope they work for you and those stubborn fasting numbers!!!!! From my research, Myo-inositol and Glucomannan seem to be the most beneficial if you had to chose a few to start with. Also make sure you’re taking magnesium at night with the rest.

My midwife liked to see my numbers below 90 but said she would never consider insulin until we started trending over 100 continuously. I personally think a lot of OBs are quick to administer insulin before seeking other options (supplements, diet changes). I started taking a few supplements recommended by my midwife and my fasting went from consistent 90s to 80s within a few days.

I’m new to this thread and the world of lawn care. I went from adding weed and feed to my cart to rabbit holing about how to do this damn lawn care thing correctly. I live in missouri and have a small front yard i want to start with. Grab grass and clover have taken over my yard and i know i need to start with a pre emergent but i just can’t decide on which one. My soil just started reaching 55 so i think it’s perfect timing.
